Nels Larson -1921

Nels Larson, age 60 years, a resident of Bagley since 1903 died at the Miller Hospital in St. Paul, on Sunday morning, January 16th, shortly after an operation for gall stones.
The deceased was ailing for the last few years, and finally decided to submit to an operation in a last effort to overcome the suffering which he had to contend with while attending to his daily tasks. Before leaving for st. Paul he claimed to have been feeling better then he had for years. He had borne adversity bravely and had filled the various relations of life, as son, husband, father, brother, friend and filled them well.
Mr. Larson was born in Sweden coming to this country when a young man. He married in 1885.
Besides a devoted wife he leaves five daughters and five sons, seven brothers, 3 of whom are in Sweden, one sister and his father and mother, and a multitude of friends to mourn his loss.
The sons are" Albin, Lewis, Edwin, Harold and Orvin. The daughters are: Mrs. Elmer Lewis, Ella, Lilly, Bessie and Edith.
The funeral was held at the Congregational church and the body laid to rest in out silent city.
