Paul was born the fourth child in a family of nine children. He was raised by a mother and father who didn't have much wealth, except a wealth of love and a strong faith to carry them through the many lean years of the depression. Paul married Rachel Emma McCann July 6,1941 and became the father of two sons and one daughter, Paul Enos Harvey Jr, Charles Duane Harvey Sr & Marjorie Harvey Lang. He served in the United States Army in WW II. He died of a cerebral stroke at his home in Carl Junction, Mo.
