Mrs. Sadie Dollar, wife of John Dollar, died at 2:20 o'clock this morning at her home, 3100 Walnut avenue, after an illness of several months. She suffered from a complication of diseases. She was born on Sep 9, 1860, and resided in this city for many years. Her maiden name was Miss Sadie Ackerman. She is survived by her husband, two sons; John Jr., and Turner, three daughters, Mrs. Anna Wilson, Mrs. Dema Coltabaugh and Miss Olive, and one brother, Augustine Ackerman of Altoona and three sisters, Mrs. Andrew Boslet and Mrs. Fred Strohmeyer, both of Altoona and Mrs. Levi Jackson of Portage. Interment will be made in the Carson Valley cemetery. She was a member of the First Brethren Church.
