Beamer, formerly head machinist of the Reaser furniture factory, who had been making his home at Bendersville since Aprl, was taken seriously ill Saturday night. He had been caring for his wife, who had been ill for several days with diabetes, and was averse to leave her, but on Monday his conditon became acute and he was rushed to the Warner hospital and operated upon immediately, but his malady had made such headway that he succumbed early Tuesday morning.
His wife lapsed into a coma Sunday and was unaware of the absence of her husband. She failed to raily from her unconscious state, but at the height of her delirium called for her helpmate, who was already dead. Yesterday her condition took a turn for the worse and late last evening she succumbed.

On Sunday afternoon the same minister will conduct last rites for Mrs. Beamer at the same church.
