Goldie H. Leonard Goldie H. Leonard, 90, formerly of 720 W, Charles St., died at 8:40 pm Thursday, July 22, 1993, in Altercare Nursing Home. She was born Jan. 28, 1903 in Tod Township, Crawford County, to William I. and Rebecca J. (Patton) Mutchler, both deceased. She was married Oct. 20, 1951, to John C. Trainor, who preceded her in death July 9, 1965, She then married Earl R. Leonard July 5, 1968. He preceded her in death Sept. 27, 1983. . Surviving her are three stepchildren, Jerry Trainor of Mansfield, Nancy Trainer of Crestline and Richard Leonard and his wife, , Wilma, of Bucyrus, a brother, Dwight Mutchler of Iberia, a sister, Mary Lust of Bucyrus, and numerous nieces and nephews. She .was preceded in death by four brothers, Fred L., Jesse, Russell and Paul Mutchler, and three sisters, Sylvia Miller, Flora Bash and Ethel Bradstock. . A lifelong area resident, Mrs. Leonard was a 1923 graduate of Bucyrus High School She had worked at JK Myers Department Store, Gledhill and Kime Lumber, retiring from Home Lumber Company as a . secretary in 1964. She was a member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church, Women of the Moose 669, American Legion Post 181 and a member of the AAA for 38 year?. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Monday in the Wise Funeral Home. The Rev. L. Chris Martin will officiate with burial in Oceola Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral .home Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Memorial contributions may be made to the Woodlawn United Methodist Church through the funeral home.
