LaVon Devey Clark, 86, born Oct. 19, 1916 in Lehi, Utah to Olive Marsh and John Devey, Jr., passed away Sunday, April 13, 2003 of a short illness.

She married Horace Edgar Clark December 2, 1938. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a grandson, and a great- grandson. She was one of 11 children, eight of whom preceded her in death.

She is survived by a sister, Blanche Shattuck, and a brother, Ervin, both of California; her children, Diane (William J.) Rosier, West Jordan; Dale Clark, Byron, California; and Robert (Dorothy), American Fork. She has 13 grandchildren and 30 great- grandchildren.

LaVon was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was always found being concerned about others and doing all she could to help them.
