MRS.ANNA LEFFLER DIES IN BENTON

Mrs. Anna Leffler. 83, of 902 N. Commercial St., Benton, died at 12:25 pm. Monday at the Franklin Hospital Skilled Care Nursing Unit. She had been in ill health three months.

Mrs. Laffler was born Sept. 23, 1884, the daughter of George [sic] and Catherine Brandon Whobrey. She was a member of the North Benton Baptist Church. Her husband, Guss Leffler and a son, Whobrey Allen preceded her in death.

She leaves sons, Ernest Allen of Chicago Heights, Harold Leffler of Benton and Edward Leffler of‘ Creve Coeur, MO.; 10 grandchildren and 23 great- grandchildren; and a brother, William Whobrey of Mt. Vernon.

Funeral services will he at 2 pm. Wednesday at the North Benton Baptist Church. The Rev. Charles Hausser will officiate. Burial will be in Masonic and Odd Fellows Cemetery, Benton. Friends may call at Hobbs-Johnson Funeral Home, Benton.
