Mother Of City Firemen Dies
Mrs. Margaret McIndoo, 55 years old, died in a local hospital yesterday after an illness of a few days. A resident of Phoenix 24 years, she was the mother of E. J. McIndoo, assistant chief, and R. E. McIndoo, Captain, of the Phoenix Fire Department. She made her home with her sons much of the time. She was a native of Iowa. Funeral services will be held from Memory chapel of A. I. Moore and sons at 4 o'clock tomorrow afternoon, conducted by Rev. James E. Yates of the Church of Christ. In addition to her two sons, Mrs. McIndoo is survived by her husband A. B. McIndoo, (Emanuel B.) Los Angeles; Four sisters, Mrs. Katherine Miller, Mrs. May Bird, and Miss Rose Forquer, Greeley Colo., and Mrs. Ellen Chavez, Los Angeles, and two brothers Phillip Forquer and Michael Forquer, both of Greeley.
