Bob McIndoo Sr was a Captain from the Phoenix Fire Department, serving from 1927 to 1968 with 41 years of service. He was instrumental in developing first aid training for FireFighters which developed into the (Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Trauma) Paramedic Program.
