HARDIN-Visitation at the
C. C. Hanks Funeral Home
Hardin, will begin after 2 p.m.
Tuesday for Raymond Warren
Peeler, 58, of Hardin.
The district manager for the
Modern Woodman Life Insur-
ance Co., died at 10 a.m. Sun-
day at the Jersey Community
Hospital.
A son of the late Mr. and
Mrs. James Peeler, he was
born May 27, 1910, in Har-
din.
Funeral services will be held
at the funeral home at 2:30
p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev.
John Ratcliff, officiating. Bur-
ial will be in the Hardin Cem-
etery.
Survivors include his widow,
the former Kathryn Mae John-
ston; a daughter, Mrs. Audrey
Akers of Brighton; two sons,
Ray E. and James of Hardin;
nine grandchildren; a great-
grandchild; a brother, How-
ard of California; and a sister,
Mrs. Melissa Powell of Fiel-
don.
