Hal H. Cox,37, of Sweetwater,Tenn., formerly of Morristown,Tenn. died early this morning at the Sweetwater,Tenn. Hospital.
Mr. Cox was a firefighter with the Sweetwater,Tenn. fire department
Born to Charles P. and Nannie Senter Cox on Sept. 9th 1935 in Morristown,Tenn.
He is survived by his wife Rosemary(Bettis) Cox and three children; Jimmy Cox, Sheryl Cox and Monte Cox all of Sweetwater,Tenn.
Four sisters; Mrs.Nellie(Fred)Fox of Morristown,Tenn; Mrs.Mary Bell of Russelleville,Tenn.; Mrs.Nancy Kate(H.Wayne)Guinn of Marion,Ind.and Mrs.Francis(George)Simon of Dearborne,Mich.
Three brothers; William Hugh and Frank Norman Cox both of Morristown,Tenn and Charles Carrol Cox of Chattanooga,Tenn. And two step-brothers; Charles P. Cox of Morristown,Tenn. and Jack Dickerson of Marion,Ind.
He was preceeded in death by a sister Dessie Cox(Floyd)McKinney his mother Nannie, his father Charles P. and his step-mother Bessie.
Funeral services will be at 2 P.M. Saturday at Cedar Fork Baptist Church in Sweetwater, Tenn. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Family will recieve friends tonight and tommorrow night at the Kyker Funeral Home in Sweetwater, Tenn.
