Nancy Kate Guinn,83,died at 7:30 p.m. at the Wesleyan Health Care Center,Marion,Indiana.
She was born in Morristown,Tenn. to the late Charlie Cox and Nancy(Senter)Cox and had lived in Marion for the last 50 years.
She married Hobart Wayne Guinn on June 1st.1940. He preceded her in death in 1970.She was a member of the First Baptist Church,Marion where she worked in the nursery for years.
Survivors include her daughter,Katherine(Don)Bilbee,Kendallville;sons Wayne Guinn,San Antonio,Texas,Frank(Madalyn)Guinn, Marion,David(Becky)Guinn, Lanett,Ala.;brother,Frank(Henriette)Cox,Temple,Texas;sisters Nellie Fox and Mary Bell both of Morristown,Tenn.;nine grandchildren and 14 Great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death her brother Charles Cox and a sister Frances Simon.
Services are at 1p.m. Tuesday in Heedam-Storey-
Wampner Funeral Services,North Chapel,1341 North Baldwin Ave. with the Pastor Tom Richards officiating.Burial is in Estates of Serenity at a later date.
Visitation is from 11a.m till 1p.m.at the funeral home.
