John David Keck, 79, of Route 6, Huntsville died March 28 at the County Hospital here. He was born May 3, 1885 in this county, the son of Jess and Pamela Keck. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Rosie Keck, of the home; one son, Ellis of Route 6, and one daughter, Mrs. Rachel Davis of Route 1, Huntsville; one brother, Fred Keck of Huntsville; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Kingston community church Friday conducted by Rev. Cecil Garrison. Burial was in the Kingston cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Ewell Easterling, Ewen Easterling, Clyde Keck, Floyd Keck, Lewis Johnson and David Griffith.
