Arnold A. Hatton, 74, of West Youth Camp Road died at 5:41 a.m. Friday, April 24, 1998, at Columbus Regional Hospital.

He worked at Cosco for 43 years, retiring in 1989. He was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II and attended Mount Nebo Methodist Church in Brown County.

Funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Barkes, Inlow and Weaver Funeral Home on Jonathan Moore Pike. Calling will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday and from noon until service time Monday. Burial will be at Christiansburg Cemetery in Brown County.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Born in Brown County Oct. 25, 1923, Mr. Hatton was the son of Ora and Susiebell Carmichael Hatton. He married Catherine E. Harden June 5, 1946. She survives.

Other survivors include a son, Steven A. Hatton of Columbus; daughters, Suzanne C. Myrick of Brown County and Robin T. and Stephanie A. Hatton, both of Columbus; a sister, Vivian M. Gill of Brown County; grandchildren, Nathan Myrick and Chadd, Trillby, Chace and Christa Hatton; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.

Funeral for Arnold A. Hatton, 74, of West Youth Camp Road was conducted Monday at Barkes, Inlow and Weaver Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Ison officiating.

Burial was at Christiansburg Cemetery in Brown County. Pallberearers were John Huber, Dan Harden, Steve and Chad Hatton, Nathan Myrick and Rodney Gill.

Mr. Hatton died Friday, April 24, 1998, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
