uncle willie was the oldest of 11 children born to James nelson Shelton and Bertha Reynolds Shelton. He was married twice. His first Marriage to Beatrice Marie Hamblin took place May 28 1937 in Kentucky. to this marriage 5 children were born. it ended in Divorce around 1960. Several years later he married emma Marie White. Emma passed in 2007.
