Mrs. Satterfield was born on November 6, 1914, in Stokes County, the daughter of the late Chase Decarol Price and the late Eva Mae Gunter Price. India was a dutiful daughter and accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at a very early age. She enjoyed crafts, sewing, gardening, yard selling, and she loved to dance. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be missed by all those who knew her.
