Ina Mae Forsythe, 81, of Farmington died May 30, 2005, at her home.

She was born Dec. 4, 1907, in Bunker, daughter of the late Henry and Julie Vest Reese.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and one granddaughter.

Mrs. Forsythe was a member of the Hurryville Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Melvin J. (Simon) Forsythe of Farmington; four sons, William Earl Forsythe of Ozora, Jim Forsythe of Bismarck and Donald Forsythe and Chalma (Hank) Forsythe, both of Farmington; two daughters, Ada Lenora Pyatt of Columbia and Doris (Mrs. Robert) Roth of Potosi; two brothers, Denver Reese of Farmington and Bill Reese of Esther; 14 grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Friends may call today at Caldwell Funeral Home in Flat River.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Caldwell Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Graham officiating.

Burial will be in Hillview Memorial Gardens.
