Neeses - John Alfred Hutto, 73, of Route One, Neeses, died Monday at Bamberg County Hospital. The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Mount Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church near Neeses, with the Rev. Emery Martin officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The casket will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. Mr. Hutto was born in Orangeburg County, a son of the late Alfred Hutto and Beulah Ash Hutto. He was a member of Mount Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was a retired farmer. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Maggie Lou Phillips Hutto; a son, Raymond Hutto of Camden; four daughters, Mrs. Melba Chavis and Mrs. Barbara White, both of Columbia, and Mrs. Betty Easler and Mrs. Johnnie Robins, both of West Columbia; four brothers, Ligon (Ed) Hutto and Tommy Lee Hutto, both of Neeses, Jim D. Hutto of Gaston and Lincoln Hutto of Gilbert; and eight sisters, Mrs. Blanche Williams of Swansea, Mrs. Lena Mae Jackson of Lexington, Mrs. Dezeree Jeffcoat of Wagener, Mrs. Jeanette Hoover, Mrs. Sarah Chavis and Mrs. Patricia C. Folk, all of Neeses, Mrs. Loudell Gleaton of Branchville and Mrs. Nancy K. Murden of North.
