Neeses - Raymond J. (Pat) Hutto, 61, died Wednesday at a farm near Neeses in a tractor accident. Funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church conducted by the Rev. Emery T. Martin and the Rev. J. Arthur Graham. Interment will be in the churchyard. Mr. Hutto was born in Orangeburg County, son of the late Alfred and Beulah Ashe Hutto. He had lived all his life at Neeses, was a farmer and a member of Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church. He had served on the church's board of deacons for 20 years. He was assistant Sunday School superintendent. He was a member of Red Bluff Hunting Club. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Pearlsteen Williams Hutto of Neeses; two daughters, Mrs. Henry H. Chavis of Cayce, Mrs. David T. Gleaton of Neeses; three sons, Charles L. Hutto, the Rev. Sammy K. Hutto and Raymond Hutto Jr., all of Neeses; sister, Mrs. John Henry Williams of Swansea; two brothers, John Hutto and Ligon Ed Hutto, both of Neeses; seven half-sisters, Mrs. Lena Mae Jackson of Columbia, Mrs. Desiree Jeffcoat of Wagener, Mrs. Sara Chavis of North, Mrs. Jeanette Hoover , Mrs. Patricia Carroll, Mrs. Nancy Reed and Mrs. Ludell Gleaton, all of Neeses; three half-brothers, Tommy Lee Hutto and Jim Daniel Hutto, both of Neeses, Lincoln Hutto of Fort Lee, Va.; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
