June Ellen Conner Barton, 68, of Fordyce, a sister of Alfred R. Conner ("Jim") of Greenbrier, died Thursday (Jan. 20, 2000) at Selected Specialty Hospital in Little Rock.
Born May 31, 1931 in Alton, MO., daughter of Jasper and Rena Belle Goucher Conner, she was a housewife and a memeber of the First Baptist Church of Fordyce.
Other Survivors are her husband, Olen Barton; a son, Scott Barton of Bryant; a daughter Vicky Meador of Mount Juliet, Tenn.; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with the Rev. Ken Shaddox and the Rev. Patrick Hughs officating. Burial was in Stoney Point Cemetery.
