Kirby Stone, aged 13 years, died Saturday night, January 18 of influenza, followed by pneumonia.
He was buried in Irish Grove cemetery Monday.
The evening of the same day, his mother, Mrs. Stone, died. She was 39 years old.
Mrs. Stone is survived by her husband and two children.
Former Congressman C.U. Stone, the present postmaster of Peoria and his brother, Ralph Stone, came down last Wednesday to attend the funeral of their sister-in-law, Mrs. Walter Stone.
