Daughter of Ruben and Martha McCauley Barker. Being their 3rd child and 2nd daughter out of 8 children, 4 sons and 4 daughters.
On May 16, 1857 she was united in marriage with Moses B. Hopkins in Hopkins County, Texas. To this union they had 5 known children born to them before her death.
Update: 4 Jan 2014, we know her to be in this cemetery. Her date on the stone looks like it says 1840, where as that could really be a badly engraved "40". She was born in 1840, not 1810. You will note, that if you look closely death date is 1874, where as at first glance it looks like 1871. Find stones incorrect many times, so no big surprise.
