Stillie Mack Allred, 85 of Napa died Friday at Silverado Convalescent Hospital. He was born on May 30, 1897 in Dinsmore, Arkansas to Mack and Josie (Smith) Allred. He married Opal Wood on January 3, 1923 in Grandview, Arkansas. They moved to California in 1941. He was retired from Mare Island Naval Shipyard. He was an Army veteran of World War I. He is survived by his wife; his sons, Gene Macallen Allred of Grants Pass, Oregon and Hoyt Dillon Allred of Sonora; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Napa Valley Memorial Gardens Mortuary with Pastor Richard Powers officiating. Burial will be in Napa Valley Memorial Gardens.
