August 31, 1914 - July 1st, 2008 Resident of Fremont Entered into rest on July 1st, 2008 at the age of 93. Preceded by wife of 56 years, Florence De Valle Bean, on May 17, 2007 and by son, Joseph M. Bean. Loving father to Marlene Bean of Ireland, and Adele and David Crady of Berkeley. Dear brother to Leona Davis. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Born August 31, 1914 in Price, Carbon, Utah, Raymond was a barber in Centerville for 25 years. With his wife, he owned Florence Bean Sewing Machines, serving the community for over 20 years. He was also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Centerville Ward in Fremont. A Funeral Service will be celebrated Saturday, July 5th, 11am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Centerville Ward, 38134 Temple Way, Fremont. Burial will follow at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward.
