FOUNTAIN - Anna Fountain of 3104 SE Woodward, mother of Mrs. Joseph White of Portland, and Jesse A. Fountain of Bend, Or.; John D. Fountain of Elmira, Or.; Frank L. Fountain of Salt Lake City. The remains are being forwarded by J. P. Finley & Son to Eugene where services will be held and interment made.

MRS. ANNA FOUNTAIN DIES IN PORTLAND
Mrs. Anna Fountain, 75, for many years a resident of Elmira, died in Portland Friday, February 18. She was born Teresa Anna Bogart in Lane county in 1862 and married Thomas A. Fountain in 1881. the couple lived in Noti from 1881 until 1902, when they moved to Elmira, where Mr. Fountain died in 1913. Mrs. Fountain had recently moved to Portland to be with her daughter. She was a member of the Christian church.
Surviving are three sons: Jesse Fountain of Bend, John Fountain of Elmira, and Frank Fountain of Salt Lake City; one daughter, Mrs. Ida White of Portland; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one
sister, Mrs. Jessie Verfurth, Bisby, Arizona.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Chapel
