Mrs. Henry Hannan, 78, died Friday night in her home at 230 West Fourth street after several months’ illness.
Mrs. Hannan was born in Hasselfelde, Germany, Nov. 21, 1852. She came to America with her parents in 1868 and settled in Gallipolis, O. With her husband she moved to East Liverpool in 1904. She had been a member of St. John’s Lutheran church for 28 years.
She leaves three daughters, Miss Genevieve Hannan and Mrs. Forbes Alcock of East Liverpool, and Mrs. Frank Curry of Chicago, and two brothers, August Hesse of Gallipolis and Frederick Hesse of Columbus.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m., in St. John’s Lutheran church in charge of Rev. F Eppling Reinartz. Burial will be made in Riverview cemetery.
