Mary Jane Petterman Baker, 77, Ice Pond Road, Gilpin Twp., died at 9:50 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, 1998 in Allegheny Univeristy Hospitals, Allegheny Valley, Natrona Heights.
Born June 6, 1921, in Parks Twp. she lived in Gilpin Twp. most of her life.
Mrs. Baker enjoyed crocheting.
Survivors include three sons, John Baker, New Castle, Ray Baker, Roanoke, Va., and Carson Baker, Rural Valley; a daughter, Karen Baker, Akron, Ohio; three grandchildren; a great-grandson, three brothers, Roy Fetterman, Cadogan, Paul Fetterman, Julian and Wilbert Fetterman, Gilpin Twp., and two sisters, Mrs. William (Dorothy) Donahue, Niagara Falls, N.Y., and Mrs. John (Helen) Keener, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Baker, in 1976; a daughter, in infancy; her parents, Sheridan and Fannie Anna Mae Miller Fettterman; four brothers, Howard, Clarence and Elmer Fetterman and James Wilmer; and five sisters, Edna Berry, Ruth A. Stegner Walmer, Florence Carney McElhaney, Lena Bryson and Isabelle Fetterman.
