MARY M. MORRIS
Mary M. Morris, daughter of Samuel M. and Miriam Harlan Hutton, was born in Montgomery county, Ind., July 28, 1855. Her death as the result of pneumonia, occurred March 27, 1916, at the age of 60 years, 7 months, and 29 days. She was one of nine children of whom one sister, Emily J. Cochran and three brothers, James G. John M, and George W. Hutton, survive her. On December 31, 1874, she was married to James K.P. Records, who died July 26, 1881. To this union were born two children, William F. and Samuel J. both of whom are living. On October 20, 1889, she was united in marriage with John C. Morris, who survives her. From early youth the deceased maintained membership in the Christian Church and her whole life fittingly exemplified the teachings of her Master.
