He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Pauline Frans; two children, Joseph Dale Frans, Kathy Frans; 4 step-children, Robert, James, Linda, and Brenda Kline; his mother Mrs Mona Allen Foster; three sisters, Mrs James (Dorothy) Stiles, Pleasure Ridge Park, Mrs R.L. (Frieda) Humphrey and Mrs Julian (Irene) Ory of Wolf Creek; two brothers Mr. Wilmer Frans, Shepherdsville, KY. and Mr. Ralph Frans, Payneville.
Funeral services were held Sat. Mar. 22, 1969 at 2:00 pm from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Danny Lambert officiating. Interment was in the Parr Cemetery, directed by Hager-Wright Funeral Home.
