Mrs. Kline had been in ill health for a number of years. She was brought to the Annie M Warner hospital in the Gettysburg ambulance Saturday afternoon in a critical condition.
Surviving are her husband and seven children; Mrs. Archie Lawver, Idaville; Miss Addie Kline, Biglerville; Nina, Glenna, Edith, Irene and Walter, all at home.
Three brothers and a sister survive. They are Cletus Kline, Gardners RD; Mrs. George Crum, Gardners RD; William, Hummelstown; and Calvin Kline, Gardners RD.
Mrs. Kline was a member of the Mt. Tabor United Brethren church.
The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 at the home of a sister, Mrs. George Crum, Mt. Tabor. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Merle's parents are Calvin Reuben "Harry" Cline and Martha E (Warner) Cline.
