Lisbon - Charles G. Allison of Lisbon R. D. 5 died at his home on the Lisbon - Salem Rd. Monday at 8:15 p.m. of a heart condition following a three-year illness. He was 78. Mr. Allison was born Jan. 15, 1888, in Clarkson, a son of W. Blair and Nancy March Allison. He married Bertha Jane Smith Dec. 3, 1913. She died Nov. 23, 1958. He was retired and was a member of the Lisbon Methodist Church and the Trot and Pace Club of Lisbon. Mr. Allison is survived by one daughter, Mrs. John Cope of Lisbon; a son, Walter L. Allison of Lisbon, and two grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Warick Funeral Home in Columbiana. The Rev. C. O. Armstrong of the Lisbon Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Lisbon Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday night.
