Dr. Wilbur L. Harrison was the son of Edward David Harrison and Eliza Ann (Coldy) Harrison. He married Grace Alta Lucas on October 12, 1898. They are buried beside each other. Note that there is a large, vertical marker with "Remmert / Harrison / Reeves" on it in addition to individual markers flat on the ground.

"Dr. Wilbur L. Harrison, 75, optometrist, with offices in the Masonic building, died suddenly this morning at his home in the Johnson hotel apartments at 2:30 o'clock. He had attended the Masonic meeting last evening, arriving home about 9:30 o'clock and apparently feeling well, other than having a cold which had been troubling him for several days.

Dr. Harrison was born on a farm at Galva, Ill., on May 9, 1869, and was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Harrison, pioneers of Illinois. He was married to Miss Grace Lucas in Bedford, Ia., on October 12, 1898, and they moved to Leavenworth on March 5, 1905. Dr. Harrison had been in the same office the past 16 years.

FUNERAL THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
He was a member of the First Presbyterian church and for many years was a member of the choir. He was a past-master of the king Solomon lodge No. 10, A.F. & A.M., and was a
past-patron of Byington Chapter No. 177, Order of Eastern Star. He was a member of the Modern Woodman of America and the Security Benefit Association No. 1362.

Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Grace Harrison, of the home; one sister, Mrs. Archie Johnson, Victoria, Tex.; three brothers, Bert Harrison, San Diego, Calif; Frank Harrison, Santa Monica, Calif; and Lou Harrison Cromwell, Ia.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Sexton funeral chapel, the Rev. Dirk H. Middents, pastor of the presbyterian church, officiating. Burial will be in Mount Muncie cemetery. The Mason will conduct graveside services. The body will remain at
the Sexton chapel until the hour of services."
