Leila Blair, 50, of Kalama, Wash., formerly of Brownsville, died October 23 at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Hospital, Portland.
She was born in Oakridge and moved to Brownsville with her parents, William and Annie (Fields) Pugh.
She attended Crawfordsville Elementary School and Brownsville High School. She lived in Albany and Brownsville areas until the late 1970's, when she moved to the Kelso-Longview area. In 1988 she moved to Kalama, Wash.
Mrs. Blair belonged to the Brownsville VFW Auxiliary.
Surviving are daughter Laura McKinney of Kalama, Wash.; son John Goldwater of Kalama, Wash; sisters Betty Counts of Lebanon, and Pauline Flock of Kelso, Wash; brother Robert of Coburg, Ralph of Springfield and Jess of Philomath; and two grandchildren.
A graveside service was held Saturday at Union Cemetery, Crawfordsville, with Pastor Larry Sloan officiating. Steckly-Tracewell Funeral Home handled arrangements.
