Duncan; Elizabeth and Hiram who both died in childhood; John, husband of Emmeline Gibbs; and Jacob, who first married Sena Margaret Bandy and after her death Susan E. Naill Mack. William Lemon died 26 September 1842 and is buried in Bethel Cemetery, Morgan County, Illinois.
Mary Ann then was married to Elijah Ash 17 April 1845 in Morgan County, IL. They had six children: Elijah, who married Mary E. Groner; Jackson W., husband of Nancy Ursula Gunn; Jesse Norman, married to Hannah Mercer Botkin; Sylvester Moss, husband of Malinda "Dallia" Hodges; Mary Ann, wife of Virgil A. Roberts; and Edward, husband of Mary Johnson. Elijah died 2 March 1858 and was buried in this cemetery.
Mary Ann next married a widowed neighbor, Eli Dolbow, 30 March 1862 in Montgomery County, IL. They had one child, Josiah Milton, who married Rosa Ellen Covington. Mary Ann and Eli were divorced, and he moved to Nebraska and lived with his children from his first marriage.
