Jessie June Ferrell of North Royalton, age 89, entered the presence of her heavenly Father on Saturday, March 9, 2024.
June was born in Van, Boone County, West Virginia in 1934, the first daughter of the late Jess and Gladys (Brown) Ferrell.
She was preceded in death by all of her siblings: two brothers, Bobby (Tressa) Ferrell, Frank (Carol) Ferrell, and three sisters: Patricia (Emmet) Ulbrich, Mary (Loyd) Epling, and Brenda Green.
She is survived by her brother-in-law, Carmen Green.
Lovingly called "June Bug" by her nieces and nephews, Pam, Bev, Debbie, Randy, Bruce, Marsha, Janet, Greg, Margaret, and Becky, she has held a special place in all their hearts.
Also survived and loved by thirty-one grand and great-grand nieces and nephews. June enjoyed watching the little ones grow and learn, and she treasured their hugs.
June's funeral service will be at Busch Funeral Home, 7501 Ridge Rd., Parma, followed by interment at West Park Cemetery, Cleveland.
Visitation will be until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to Abram Creek Baptist Church, 18664 Sheldon Rd., Brook Park, OH 44142.
