George went to New England with his siblings. They are referred to as living in New England in the January 1643 (possibly 1643/4) will of their brother John. Passengers of the Elizabeth & Ann, Master Robert Cooper, Voyage of 1635, include his brothers Thomas (20), and Joseph (14) and John Oldham.

Died 1679 at about age 54 in Milford, New Haven, Connecticut

Milford was founded in 1639 by a group of Puritans from New Haven Colony, who purchased the land from the local Paugussett Indians. The town was originally called Wepawaug, after the river that runs through it, but was later renamed Milford, meaning a ford across a mill stream. It was one of the original members of the New England Confederation,
