Perhaps John never married or at least had no children.
John's Will is given as a lengthy abstract in Waters "Genealogical Gleanings in England" Vol 1 starting at the bottom of page 425. In his will, John names "my dear mother Temperance Hopkines" and he goes on to mention "my two brothers and sister now living in New England".
Waters conjectures that John's two brothers would be Joseph Alsopp, aged 14, and Thos. Alsopp, aged 20, who embarked for New England in the spring of 1635, in the Elizabeth and Ann.
John's "sister now living in New England" must be Elizabeth Alsop who married Richard Baldwin.
