JR Bilbrey, 66, of Crossville, passed away Dec. 28, 2005. Funeral services were conducted Dec. 31 from the chapel of Goff Funeral Home of Monterey, with the Rev. Bobby Floyd officiating. Burial was in the Campground Cemetery in Clarkrange.
Mr. Bilbrey was born Oct. 1, 1939 in Overton County, the son of Alastus and Avie Phillips Bilbrey.
He was a general laborer.
Survivors include his sisters, Sarah Phillips of Cookeville, Lora Hammersly of Tampa, FL and Rosa Stoner of Mesa, AZ; and half-sisters, Danzie Baldwin of Monterey, Livvie McCowan of Muncie and Panzie McCowan of Tamp, FL.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Haris, Clada and Ernal Lee Bilbrey; sisters, Artie Lee and Phillis Mary Lou; and half-sister, Lennie Norrod.
