Death claimed Mrs. Albert Nelson, 1823 Twentieth avenue, after a three months' illness at 9:20 yesterday morning in a Moline hospital. Mrs. Nelson, whose maiden name was Caroline Peterson, was born March 14, 1852 in Sweden, and came to this country in 1884, coming to Moline 28 years ago. She was married to Albert Nelson, Dec. 31, 1881, in Sweden.
Surviving her are the widower, four children, Mrs. Selma Lundquist of Moline, Elmer and Harry at home, and Axel of Cedar Rapids, 10 grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Louisa Johnson of Moline, Mrs. Victor Carlson of Davenport, and two brothers, Andrew Peterson of Moline and Alfred Peterson of Galesburg.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 Wednesday afternoon at the Esterdahl cahpel, Rev. Edward Ekstrom to officiate. Interment will be in Riverside cemetery.
