Tommy L. Whonsetler, 55, R. 1, Avilla, died Thursday in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born in Noble County Jan. 25, 1934, the son of Merlin and Mary (Simon) Whonsetler. He married Carol Dornseif Oct. 27, 1962 in Fort Wayne. He was an accountant for Allen County Motors for 35 years and was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in LaOtto. Surviving are his wife and his parents; two daughters, Paula Zolman of Fort Wayne, and Stephanie Whonsetler at home; and a brother, Max of Avilla.
Services were Monday in Brazzell Funeral Home. Burial, Hooper-King Cemetery.
