Joseph Moore, 80, of Uniontown, O., died in St. Joseph's Hospital Saturday.
He was born in Rockport, and was a former resident of Parkersburg and Belpre. He was a member of Cottage Grove Church of God at Uniontown.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Nettie Moore; four sons, Wilbur and Simon both of Canton, O., Leslie of Dayton and Paul of Belpre; three daughters, Mrs. Vada Hendricks, Lake Penasofkee, Fla., Mrs. Betty Purdue, Uniontown, O., and Mrs. Ruth McIndoe, South Carolina; 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Spencer Funeral Home, Belpre, with the Rev. Carl Maynard officiating. Burial will be in Rockland Cemetery.
