Paul Windell Moore, 85, of Winter Park, Florida, went to be with his Heavenly Father on June 14, 2018, at The Commons at Orlando Lutheran Towers.

He was born October 27, 1932, in Washington County, Ohio, a son of Reverend Joseph and Nettie Adams Moore. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked construction prior to starting his sales career with Carnation Foods. He also worked at Ampak, Inc., for over 25 years, prior to retiring to Florida.

Paul loved fishing, golfing, fitness and ministering to his family and friends.

Paul will be greatly missed by his daughters, Lisa Moore Donahue, of Walker, WV, Tammy Moore, of Belpre, Ohio and Julie Moore of Masillion, Ohio; his granddaughters, April (Patrick) Brick of Parkersburg, WV and Amy (Matthew) Riggins of Marietta, Ohio and his great granddaughters, Hayleigh, Makenzie, Hannah and Makayla Brick of Parkersburg. He also is survived by two sisters, Betty Perdue, of Maryland and Ruth Treadway of Belpre, Ohio, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to especially thank Joe Moore, nephew, and Lisa Pardue, special friend, for all they have done to assist the family the past few weeks.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his brothers Leslie, Simon and Wilber (Pete) Moore and his sister Vada Moore Hendricks and his son-in-law, Rodney Donahue.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Donations in his memory can be made to the Humane Society of Parkersburg or the Humane Society of the MOV or the hospice service at The Commons at Orlando Lutheran Towers.
