Ronald E. Lehr, age 85, of Newberry Township, Manchester, died at 8:50 PM Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at Kingston Court Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was the husband of the late Doris J. (Ruby) Lehr.

Born September 10, 1938, in Red Lion, a son of the late Russell and Frances V. (Lake) Lehr, he retired from Yorktowne Paper Board, and its predecessor, Yorktowne Papermill. He was a member of the International Paper Workers Union, and the Hawk Gunning Club.

Mr. Lehr is survived by two daughters, Roxana Feliciano, and her husband Andy, of York, and Deb Schrum, of Windsor; a son, Rodney G. Lehr, and his fiancé Mary Bowie, of Mount Wolf; nine grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; two sisters, Judy Gregory and Wanda Innerst; and two brothers, Russell Lehr, Jr. and Richard Lehr. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Ronda Lehr; a son, Ronald E. Lehr, Jr.; a granddaughter, Stephanie Lehr; four sisters, Fay Devoe, Shirley Schmid, Diane Hershey, and Joan Ritz; and five brothers, Charles, Lonnie, Marlin, Donald, and Gene Lehr.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Thursday, February 1, 2024, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester, with The Rev. David Tietje officiating. Viewing will be from 9:00-10:00 AM. Burial will be in Quickel Church Cemetery.
