James E. "Jim" Jenkins, 86 of Vienna, WV passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at his residence. He was born February 21, 1937 in Wood County, WV, a son of the late George and Ethel Deem Jenkins.

Jim was retired with over 25 years of service from GE Plastics where he was a chemical operator. Jim was an excellent woodworker and made many crafts. He and his wife Sue loved taking their wood crafts to craft shows. He made the most intricate scroll work. Jim would also build things and Sue would bring their crafts to life with their beautiful toll painting. They also loved to travel together with their camper and they visited so many places. They were in a club with other campers and they went on many adventures, including all of the WV state parks.

He is survived by his sons, Rick Jenkins, Randy Jenkins (Cindy) and Rob Jenkins (Mona) all of Vienna; daughter, Shirley Jackson (John) of Vienna; six grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Sue Jenkins; son, Randy Schultz; great-granddaughter, Cailyn Renea Lynch and siblings, Fred Deem, Mary Lou Pitts, Nancy Eaton, Dorothy "Dot" Black and an infant brother.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday, January 22, 2024 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna. Interment will follow at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
