Bill W. Allen, age 81 of Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. Bill was born in Clay County, Kentucky on November 21, 1942 to Gilbert Allen and Della (Webb) Allen. He served in the United States Army, was a member of the 507th Ordinance Company, was stationed in Hanau, Germany and Fort Carson, Colorado, and was honored to be an Adopted Veteran at Crawford Woods Elementary School. Bill retired from General Motors after 30 years. His passions included poker, gardening, hot rods, NASCAR, fishing and cooking. Bill cherished his weekly Sunday dinners and family birthday dinners and was very passionate in everything that he did.

Bill is survived by his wife of 56 years, Arlene Allen; two children, Pam (Jon) Haag and David (Lendsie) Allen; grandchildren, Eddie Haag, Ashlynn Haag and Brooklyn Allen; brother, Breck (Annie) Allen; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Albert Allen, Alice Sparks, Benjamin Allen, Bertha Allen, Charles Allen, Doug Allen, Esther Dickson and Hershel Allen.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, January 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park.
