Mrs. Barbara Ann West Payne, age 77 of Pineville was born in Pineville, KY on July 27, 1946 to the late Belvin and Marie Webb West and departed this life on November 19, 2023 in the Baptist Health of Corbin Hospital.
She was of the Pentecostal Faith and enjoyed cooking, decorating, caring for the house, and time with family and friends, especially the grandchildren.
* Barbara is survived by her loving children; a special friend; two brothers; a sister; four grandchildren; and other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, her husband: Lawrence Payne; 3 brothers: Arnold B West, James Sonny West, and Randall "Porkchop" West; and 4 sisters: Rhonda Widner, Glenda Brown, Brenda Smith, and Irene Jones preceded her in death.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Barbara Payne will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 2:000 PM with Rev. Bill Dunn officiating. Burial will follow in the Goodin Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Barbourville Funeral Home Friday Evening from 6 to 9 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to the funeral hour at 2.
