Billie Turman Dead.

A good man passed into the Beyond on the 8th inst. when Billie Turman of the Concord neighborhood succumbed to tuberculosis, of which disease he had been a victim several years. Although his death had been expected at any time for several months, he leaves a grief stricken family to mourn him. He was comparatively a young man and was a devoted husband and father, a son of the late Richard Turman and a brother of Mrs. Tom Hill of this place.

Rev. Holliday, assisted by Rev. Langley conducted the funeral services, which the WOW took charge of the the body and laid it to rest at Concord cemetery.

The Hummer joins the many friends in extending heartfelt sympathy to those left here to grieve.
