A resident of the Good Samaritan Nursing Home for the last three years, Mrs. Younger formerly made her home at 410 E. 12th Street.
Survivors include two sons, Edward B. Younger of Newton, and Ralph Younger of Denver, Colo.; two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Ashley, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Mrs. Josephine Richardson of Hays; four sisters, Mrs. George Younger, Hays, Mrs. John Bieker, Ellis, Mrs. Alfred Befort, Hays, and Mrs. Alex Keberlein of Wisconsin; 18 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob, in 1937; two sons, three brothers and two sisters.
Funeral Mass will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church here with interment in the St. Joseph Cemetery. A parish wake service is scheduled for 8 p.m. Friday at Brock's North Hill Chapel, where family and friends may call from 3 p.m. Thursday until service time.
