Nellie was a member of the Walnut Grove Church of the Brethren. Before and after retirement, she enjoyed cooking for her wonderful children and grandchildren, cherishing the time they spent with her. When she needed to relax, she would tune in to the "Yong and Restless" on television.
Surviving is a daughter, Frances Miller of Moorefield, WV; four sons, Roger (Carol) Mongold, Mike (Diane) Miller, David "Boo" (Paula) Miller and Brian (Shelia) Miller all of Moorefield, WV; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street with pastor Wade Armentrout officiant. Interment will follow at Walnut Grove Gardens, Route 55, Moorefield. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until time of service.
The family wishes to acknowledge a special caregiver, Destiny McWhorter and the care she provided to Nellie.
