Eddie Schlosser Obituary
Edna Earle Hight Schlosser, 99, of Zamora, CA, died on April 14, 2023, in Sacramento, CA. She was born November 16, 1923, in Roseland, VA, to John Henry Hight and Claudia Campbell Hight. After her schooling, Eddie went on to work for the war effort where she met her husband, Donald Ernest Schlosser Sr. Eddie moved out to Zamora, CA following their wedding, and established herself as a beloved part of the community, contributing as a 4-H leader, a volunteer for various local charities, including Haven House and the Yolo Wayfarers Center, and as an active member of the Woodland Methodist Church. She also had a large friend circle and was proud to be a part of the "Potluck Crowd."

She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling all over the world.

Eddie and Don had 2 children together, Mary and Ernie, who survive her, along with their spouses, Don and Kitty, 4 granddaughters – Jacqueline, Janet, Elizabeth, and Robin – and 8 great grandchildren. Her sarcasm and wit was always sharp, even to the end. Please be on the lookout for extremely tall great grandchildren walking around, as they no longer have GG to stack books on their heads to keep them from growing up.

A service will be held in her memory at the Woodland Methodist Church | 212 2nd St, Woodland, CA 95695 | on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 2:00PM.If you would like to make a charitable contribution in Eddie's name, the following organizations meant a great deal to her:Friends of Yolo Branch Library | P.O.
